Absolutely! Ocean Couture and Shark Couture is based in Belgium, managed and run by Belgians. Ocean Couture uses RapidSSL Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. You can read all the FAQ's about SSL here. We also do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

If you're exchanging, we just need either the top or the bottom; whichever needs replacing.

If you're refunding, we would need to get the full set (top and bottom).

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please use request return authorisation (RA) from your account order history. Simply click the order you wish to return goods from. On the bottom of the next page, select [Request return authorisation]. You will be presented a list of goods which are legible to return. Select the goods with return reason 'damaged during transport' and complete the registration.

We will personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible, as soon as we received your registration and at least 1 picture from your damaged product at returns@oceancouture.eu or returns@sharkcouture.eu


Requesting a return is really easy! You can request a return authorisation (RA) from your account order history. Simply click the order you wish to return goods from. On the bottom of the next page, select [Request return authorisation]. You will be presented a list of goods which are legible to return. Select the goods and complete the registration(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (excluding original shipping cost). Ocean Couture or Shark Couture can not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.


You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Ocean Couture or Shark Couture.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Belgium, and are usually delivered :

  • Belgium : Next working day
  • Europe : within 3-5 working days
  • Worldwide : within 7 working days

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time. Ocean Couture and Shark Couture uses bpost (Belgium) or bpost-affiliates (EU, USA, worldwide)


When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number If you did not receive this email, please email order@oceancouture.eu or order@sharkcouture.eu


Ocean Couture and Shark Couture will happily accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase date, on our clothing line! The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
